Please note all available shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All shipments will be shipped via USPS. Orders over $100 at time of check-out will be shipped with Signature Required at time of delivery. Please ensure to make the proper arrangements to receive your package by reviewing the status of the tracking to avoid delivery failure.

To ensure you have the best shopping experience with Pure Instinct, in some cases your package may be shipped with Signature Required. If you cannot accept packages with a signature, please make sure to let us know by annotating it on your order's comments.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be credited back to the account in 3-5 days depending on the financial institution. For further details on the status of your refund to your account, please reach out to your financial institution and they will be more than happy to assist further.

Refunds issued are for the product(s) on order, Shipping/Freight Charges will not be included in the refund.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. This excludes items that may come in direct contact with your body, such as perfume, cologne, massagers, etc. Some orders for discounted items also may not qualify for returns.
In cases where opened and/or used item return request is accepted, an additional 15% restocking fee will be applied against the final refund amount.

All authorized returns are only valid for 14 days from the date issued. All returns must be received within the given timeline. Once the authorized RMA is expired, it cannot be extended nor re-issued. Returns received with an expired RMA will be refused.
All returns are suggested to use trackable method as we will not be liable for  return packages that are damaged and/or lost during transit.

Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent, unless a refund is requested. Please note, turnaround time for the replacement or refund, normally takes 5-7 days from the completion date of receipt and inspection.
